For Alexis, coffee means everything. His income, and his passion. Alexis Andrade is 24 years old and he has been working within coffee for 10 years. It is a family business and his wife and kids help in every stage of the process, some help with the picking and others help with the drying process. This particular lot is a Natural processed coffee which has been dryed upon African style raised drying beds. Presented in 35kg bags we are delighted to showcase this range from the District of Sierra Nevada, Colombia over the coming months. This lot from Alexis Andrade on the cupping table presented a lovely stone fruit sweetness and green apple aroma, as the cup cooled it brought in delicious dried raisins and a bitter sweet chocolate finish.
