This stunning Natural process Grade 1 Ethiopia coffee comes from carefully selected farms in operation around the Kochere District. This particular coffee is grown in a town of Bonde Kebele. Kochere is one of the Woredas in the southern nations, Nationalities, and peoples region of Ethiopia. Kochere sits just north in the Yirgacheffe region. The surrounding coffee’s in this district are bought to a Dry Mill for processing which is owned by Isreal Degafe, who has built a dedicated processing plant, enclosed greenhouse structure so that the coffee is protected from rain, smoke or any other occurrences that can cause harm to the coffee during processing & drying time.
This lovely Grade 1 Ethiopia presented beautiful stewed peach, fragrant florals and dark rich chocolate on palette with a lingering tropical fruit acidity, light citrus and molasses finish.
Beautiful balance of fruit and chocolate. Great balance. Half way through my one kg and not looking forward to the end of the bag
A really good single origin that works with espresso or milk coffees.
Subtle flavours are balanced with nothing pushing too far forward, dark chocolate is there with slight acidity and a sweet flavour on the tongue afterward.
