Another delicious mouth-watering lot from the Cofinet crew This one of a kind coffee was picked and transported the same day to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 48 hours during this fermentation period citric acid and dehydrated mandarin skin were added to the anaerobic environment. Later the coffee was placed on Raised beds below 35°C until ideal moisture content was achieved. This Micro-lot is 100% Castillo and will guarantee you will want more.
This one is more subtle than the natural process one and in my opinion well balanced we would love you know your thoughts on this coffee and are proud to share it with you.
