NOTES: SWEET NOTES OF RED BERRIES FRUITS, FLORAL ORANGE BLOSSOM, AND HINTS OF LEMONGRASS
This coffee was grown by Felipe Arcila at the farm Jardines Del Eden. This lot was exposed to aerobic fermentation for 24 hours. Later, coffee was placed inside grainpro bags for 50 hours maintaining a temperature below 22 ºC and adding CO2. Later, coffee was placed on raised beds at a temperature below 35 ºC until ideal moisture content was achieved. This microlot is 100% yellow gesha
Felipe Arcila alongside his brother Carlos come from a long background of coffee producers, his father and grandfather first started cultivating coffee in Armenia, Colombia and both have very fond memories from there childhood scouring the coffee fields with there Grandfather.
