A vibrant natural-process coffee from the highlands of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone. This Heirloom lot brings a generous fruit character, with fresh blackberry and blueberry notes balanced by the sweetness of white and dark chocolate.
Grown at high altitude by smallholder producers, the coffee develops a dense sweetness and lively fruit profile. Roasted for espresso, it works beautifully as a straight shot and brings plenty of character to milk-based drinks.
