Felipe Arcila alongside his brother Carlos come from a long background of coffee producers, his father and grandfather first started cultivating coffee in Armenia, Colombia and both have very fond memories from there childhood scouring the coffee fields with there Grandfather.
Felipe and Carlos have recently purchased Jardines Del Eden and are delivering some exceptionally unique and high scoring coffee’s. This particular coffee is one of a kind. It was picked and transported the same day to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 48 hours during this fermentation Wine Yeast and Orange were added to the anaerobic environment. Later the coffee was placed on Raised beds below 35°C until ideal moisture content was achieved. This Micro-lot is 100% Castillo and will guarantee you will want more.
