FLAVOUR PROFILE: BLACKCURRENT, BLUEBERRY, MOLASSES, DARK CHOCOLATE.
This is our seasonal blend and with out a doubt the sweetest boldest blend we roast, Its made from three extremely well processed coffees, that cup with a score over 87.5 and abouve in order to construct the blend. each batch is carefully monitored and roasted individually in order to maximise the clarity of each of the origins then blended together in just the right amount of preportions to balance the blend.
Because of our good longterm relationships with producers in India, Colombia and Ethiopia we have maximised this blend to include the best lots from these countries . Its only honest that the coffees in the blend are those that we showcase with our wholesale customers each year as single origns , which is quite rare amongst roasters.
This blend was designed to taste like Chocolate & Blueberries and works well with Cows Milk, soy, almond milk and strait black.
