We love buying this coffee and when it lands its excites our team to roast in several different ways in order to bring you some cool new flavours. Match this with the Hartman Honey process and you have a pretty cool coffee selection. This is one of two lots that we stock from Hartmann Estate this year, this one is the ”Black Winey” lot. Black Winey process is similar to the Natural process that we’re all familiar with. Ripe cherry is picked, sorted and sent for drying. This Winey coffee is sun-dried or on raised beds to allow greater airflow during drying as the cherry which is still on the bean provides the opportunity for spoiling. The process gives coffee a fuller-body, some winey flavours, a sweeter profile with less acidity.

Another year another another legendandary round go the famous Hartmann Estate is owned by the Hartmann family. He decided to settled down in the province of Chiriqui,  Chiriquí is located in the western region of Panama. It is bordered to the north by the provinces Bocas del Toro and Ngobe-Buglé, to the west by Costa Rica, to the east by the province of Veraguas, and to the south by the Pacific Ocean, specifically the Gulf of Chiriquí.W this one is the ”Black Winey” lot.
