Emmeram is the quirky member of the family and offers an exotic, intense and multi-faceted nose followed by a the palate full of character. The personality of this wine is both versatile and mysterious. Unexpectedly dry and mineral yet with quirky pungent aromatics, this is serious wine with a touch of the playful and beguiling. This is absolutely one to Savour.

40 year old Gewürztraminer vines are the muse for this bottling. They are planted on limestone and sand, and tend to yield less than two tons per hectare. The grapes are destemmed and pressed directly into 500L neutral barrels to ferment. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
