Eduardo Torres is an old hand in the Volcanic lands of Mt Etna Sicily. He is a firm believer in organic farming and does everything by hand as a one man show. Eduardo shows great care in his pruning, picking and winemaking and will be one to watch in years to come.
Sicily has lately become a hot spot of biodynamic wine farming. In keeping with Italian traditions grapes are picked during peak ripeness, and farmed with other seasonal crops to keep the soil healthy and turned over.
