COSTA RICA – CRISTIAN ALVAREZ – RED HONEY PROCESS – CATURRA
NOTES: RICH PLUM, ORANGE CITRUS AND STRAWBERRY SWEETNESS. FRAGRANT JASMINE FLORALS WITH A HINT OF VANILLA AND DARK CHOCOLATE.   This one Deserves a great wine pairing. It’s processing is so well done that it is a great expression of the Natural Flavours stored within the bean. To give your evening as good a start as your morning, this Coffee and Wine Pairing belongs to the excellent Latta Vino: Precarious Bianco On Skins While this is a blend, it shows a mastery over growing and processing, with just enough intervention to give the producer a say in the desired outcome.
