XUE LONG
Can be known as Fuding Xue Long or Snow Dragon
Xue Long It is a white tea cultivar that is crafted in the same manner as green tea but is pan roasted gently to stop any further enzymatic oxidation from occurring.
Origin- Zheihang, Fujian province -China
Appearance- Very fine, pale green downy leaves
Taste- This tea has a clean sweet taste with no bitterness or astringency .It has a delicate flavour with almost a sweet rice finish
