As a customer of the Cartel we provide true coffee professionals to train you & your staff. We won’t sell you our coffee and leave you in the deep end. You will learn to serve and experience coffee the way we do. Making sure you are correctly trained is paramount to our core business values; we want to ensure your customers have a high quality experience when drinking a Cartel roasted coffee! Our training is ongoing and will continue to be until we are satisfied you can deliver in the way we are satisfied with. It’s more than protecting our brand; it’s respecting the coffee and most importantly, the farmers whose beans we promote.
We also provide you with an exciting marketing package that helps build your business and educate your customers. We update our posters regularly in line with our ever-changing specialty coffees.
