Sommerset BOP This is a bright tea which is of a lighter liquor than Kirkoswald. This plantation borders the town of Nuwara Eliya which is the highest point in Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya is known to produce the Champagne of Ceylon teas.
Origin- Sri Lanka
Appearance- A broken orange pekoe (BOP) leaf that is quite fine
Taste- A full bodied, strong, black Sri Lankan tea
Brew Time & Temp- Steep 3-5 mins at 100C
