We have chosen a single origin roast for espresso. You will find many complicated layers a couple of distinctive flavors in the cup are white chocolate caramel and citrus cumquat. This is a smooth coffee that has an outstanding mouth feel and pleasant aftertaste.
ROAST STYLE : We roasted this coffee for milk-based drinks and single origin 13 min roast just into second crack to retain good amount of fruit.
