Loam Restaurant in Drysdale is one of those culinary experiences you will never forget. It sets the bar high, and forever you will find yourself comparing other restaurants with Loam. The concept is awesome…. The start of the evening commences with a list of ingredients; meat, vegetables and fruit all freshly sourced from the local region. It is your job to simply indicate the food that you do and do not like on that list!
From this information, the chef formulates a menu specifically framed to fill your food desires. 5 or 10 courses are available and as with all degust menus, you have the choice of matching wines with your courses if so desired. Every time a plate approaches you will find yourself with bated breath at the mini masterpiece about to appear before your eyes.
