Origin - Xihu (West Lake) region in Hangzhou, China
Appearance - Long Jing is a classic wok-roasted green tea. The leaf is flattened and bright green.
Taste - A fresh, slightly sweet tea with a dense, full body and malty aftertaste. A slight astringency is left on the palate.
Brew time - Steep at 75-80C for 3 minutes.
