A delightful blend of black and green tea from Sri Lanka combined with cornflower, ground,red rose petals and flavoured with strawberries

First harvest is plucked from the bush in spring, leaving higher amino acids content to create a sweet, smooth and brothy taste.

Australian Pure green is second or third harvest, it is sun infused and bursting with catechins; a powerful antioxidant.  

Roasted green is pure green Alpine Tea gently roasted to engender a woody and nutty flavour reminiscent of coffee, with a slight honey aroma.

Gyokura is cultivated under shade and is one of the most expensive japanese teas.It has a sweeter taste due to the young hand picked shaded leaf.

Steep at 85C for 3-5 mins

Organic Matcha Powder is from the Kyoto region in Japan. Its bitterness, sweetness and mildness perfectly balanced whisk with a bamboo chasen gently to create a light foam using warm water.
 

Organic Hojicha is a roasted green tea which has a slightly nutty flavour and is low in Caffeine

Organic Green Jaksul is grown in Korea and is picked only once a year in April. This tea has a smooth ,slightly sweet taste with mild astringency.

This tea originates from the Yunnan Province in China. It has a unique flavour which includes fruit notes and exhibits qualities of white tea.

 

Origin- Yunnan province China

Appearance- A pale green fine wiry leaf with withered white edges.Unlike many green teas it is not rolled and therefore the leaves stay intact

Taste- An exciting, light green tea with notes of apple, honeydew and a subtle ,sweet nutty finish. The liquor is pale golden and almost borders into the white tea area.
