Can also be known as Green Snail Spring.

This is a rare tea from the Dongting Mountains and is one of the top ten teas of China.

Grown in the shade of apricot, plum and peach trees, the tea leaves absorb the delicate scent of the fruit blossoms and therefore give the tea its unique flavours. The youngest tea buds and leaves are harvested and rolled into a “snail-shaped" leaves.

It is said that if you are preparing this tea, you should placed the tea on top of the water to watch it unfurl, rather than place it in the bottom of the pot.
