This tea is also known as An Ji Bai Pian, or An Ji White Slice Tea. Anji Bai Cha is one of China's top ten green teas, and grows in a very sandy, mineral-rich soil. It is an exclusive tea, due to the harvest being limited only to small pickings.
Origin- Zhejiang Province
Appearance-Fine, flat, green pointy leaves.
Taste- The taste is very clean, sweet, light and complex.
Brew time and temp- Steep for 3 minutes at 85C.
